The building is located at the edge of Zvezdarski park in a street characterized by mostly single-family free-standing houses. A form of a modern, simple, double pitch house was chosen to enable blending in of this building with six residential units with its surroundings. The size of the building was further reduced visually by connecting two floors into one continuous opening on the longer street façade.
