The plot is located in the city area Senjak on the Sava river slope, surrounded by mostly family houses on the corner of two extremely quiet inland streets. The building has been designed as a double villa whose two functional residential units can be completely independent. In terms of its shape, the building has been designed as a series of cubes cascading down along the surrounding terrain, with significant openings towards the slope overlooking the Sava River and Novi Beograd. The cube masses intertwine with each other thus forming a compact whole. (The living room occupies one and a half floors and stairs, like a sculpture in this space, connect the basement, ground floor and inner terrace of the first floor. Cascades in and around the property are used as terraces where everyday family activities take place - outdoor dining areas, play areas for children, lawns etc.)
