The building is built-in from one side, in an interrupted form with access to two parallel streets. In order to achieve a more attractive and functional office space on the ground floor, a pedestrian passage has been formed connecting these two streets. Considering that streets of different character are connected, (one is blind, the other connects Kalenic Market with Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra street), the building has two completely different street facades. One is monolithic, simple and enclosed, while the other is full of greenery, spacious terraces and prominent volumes of ceilings that clearly define the floors.
