The free-standing commercial-residential building has been adapted to the inclination of the terrain by gradual cascading of four volumes. Creation of elongated monolithic building which would not suit the environment by its volume was avoided by dividing the building into smaller units, each with its own entrance. Considering that the building is on a hill, the apartments have been designed to provide double-sided orientation, so that everyone can have a view of the city.
