Since the volume of the building has been greater than the volume of the neighbouring buildings, introducing the brick surfaces, the modern, refined street façade has been fragmented in order to fit in with the proportions and cornice heights of the existing buildings. This is the way to recognize and cherish the construction heritage of the designed urban area, while reinterpreting it at the same time.
