According to the typology, the building is built-in on both sides and it retreats in cascades toward the back yard through elevation distances from its neighbours. Such volumetry of the building made it possible to achieve additional quality of apartments that are bilaterally oriented; towards a quiet street on one side and a landscaped inner courtyard on the other.
