The complex consists of three parts. There is an existing building, a compact building on the corner which relates to the existing one with the bridge footway and a linear building culminating in a tower. The layout of the planned adjacent objects and refractions along the future promenade forming public spaces intended for the socialization of complex users were the reason for the meandering form of a linear building. The individual business premises of the linear building are interconnected by a cube situating additional, shared, productive facilities. There are green terraces on the rooftop of the complex, where outdoor work, socializing and recreational areas are provided. In order to achieve a diverse structure of innovative users, workspaces of different character have been designed within the buildings - from collective workspace, offices for small, medium and large companies to prestigious offices in the tower.
