There are seven buildings on the plot. Three buildings located in Kneza Miloša street No. 46-58 are a part of the ambient pre-war residential architecture and therefore it is planned to retain, reconstruct, extend and integrate them with the newly designed residential-commercial building. The planned residential-commercial building has been integrated with existing buildings on Kneza Miloša street and it extends along the entire plot. The longer side of the plot is inclined downwards along the Vojvode Milenka street, and that’s why certain levels are partially or completely embedded. Commercial facilities are planned on the ground floor and on the gallery of each wing, while residential areas are planned on other floors.
